Delete your Equofi account

Delete from Equofi

1. Sign in to Equofi.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Danger Zone, choose Delete account.
4. Choose whether to keep your Google files, type DELETE, and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@equofi.appfrom the email address linked to your account. Use the subject "Equofi account deletion request". We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.

What is deleted

• Your Equofi profile, authentication credentials, connected-account tokens, sync metadata, imported drafts, and other identifiable app data.
• Your Equofi Google Sheet and Drive folder are moved to Google Trash unless you choose to keep those Google files.
• Your device cache is cleared when deletion is completed through the app.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited billing, legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or anonymized suppression records where required or permitted by law. These records are not used to recreate your account.

Before deleting

If you are the head of an Equofi family group, transfer ownership to another member first. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
